Plastic Injection Molding Shanghai Norlysen and Norstar International has invested in state-of-the-art facilities and technologies to meet and exceed customer demand for quality, service, and value in high-volume molding applications. Advanced process controls and automation systems produce precision components with accelerated time-to-market schedules.

Plant locations are in Shanghai Province and Hebi, China which is China's rapidly growing low cost production area. Hebi is located 600 miles northeast of Shanghai.

The Shanghai plant is ISO9001:2000 international quality management system and is applying for the ISO/TS 16949 system in the fall of 2005.

In-House Tool making

Factory Both plants have fully integrated tool shop that has the capability to manufacture molds and maintain the production molds. There is a significant cost saving associated with building tooling in the China region. Our customers have experienced over a 30% cost savings.

Part Cost savings

"Shoot-and-ship" products may or may not be competitive to source in China, depending on part configuration and size. Norstar International will evaluate your part and inform you if it is a viable candidate to source from China.
